Interactivity
Msn Web Messenger (the Microsoft Network) invites the user to have an interactive role. After signing up and joining the online community the nature of that role is to add and invite friends and family to keep in contact, and often have simply and quick communication with each other. Users also find programmes like this helpful and convenient for making new friends and meeting new and different people as often as every day. Users can chat, view each other via webcams, use their creativity with profile photos and names, etc.

Hi Issy
ReplyDeleteThinking about interactivity, what about MSN anyway? Why do people use it? OK, so you've said about simple and quick, but is it? As compared to what? Why not just use the phone if you want to chat? Is there something about the nature of the communication that makes it more attractive or differently attractive? Is it something to do with creativity, or being part of the crowd, or multitasking, or being disembodied - or do people just enjoy pressing buttons?
Always remember (as a wise man once said to me) after you've said everything you think needs saying aobut something, ask the all important question - so what?
Remember to keep up with the tasks - time's passing and it's easy to get behind!

ReplyDeleteHi Issy
ReplyDeleteWe need to see rather more activity here. Remember that you are supposed to do at least 3 blogs per week, as well as commenting on others', so it is time to get cracking. Have you scheduled in set times to do your blogging, so that you don't end up with no time to spare? This would be a good strategy I think. If you are finding it hard to know what to say, take a look at soem of the other blogs so that you have a guide.
